Ways to Build Strength

Here is a list of practical habits that help grow inner strength.

  • Do something kind in secret, without telling anyone

  • Write down one thing you’re proud of every night

  • Fix something small instead of complaining about it

  • Spend time with someone who makes you feel safe

  • Sometimes tell friends you’re glad to see them be strong

  • Stand up for someone, even just with your presence

  • Practice being calm when you want to explode

  • Say thank you often … and mean it

  • Feel the depth inside yourself, the place where strength truly lives

 

Each of these is a way to grow stronger ... from the inside out.
