Chunk #6 (an excerpt)
What Strength Is
Strength is not just one thing. It shows up in many forms,
and it supports a whole range of qualities that make life richer, steadier, more real.
Here are some of the things that grow when strength is present:
-
Patience – Not giving up when things don’t go your way.
-
Kindness – Offering care, even when it’s not returned.
-
Honesty – Telling the truth, especially when it’s hard.
-
Deep Honesty – Seeing yourself clearly and being true to what’s real, even when it’s uncomfortable.
-
Humility – Not needing to prove anything.
-
Gratitude – Seeing what’s good even when it seems small.
-
Courage – Moving forward even with fear present.
-
Forgiveness – Letting go of what weighs you down.
These qualities don’t appear just on their own.
They come from strength. And they build strength.
It’s a cycle, a living, breathing loop.
Strength isn’t loud, but it shows up when things get quiet.
And the more you live with it,
the more these qualities start to feel like home.
